Her extensive background includes service coordination, home care, private duty services, and healthcare operations, providing her with a strong understanding of the needs of both participants and caregivers.

As Chief Operating Officer of Always with Love Home Care Agency, Naisha plays an integral role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff development, and helping guide the agency’s continued growth. Her dedication to operational excellence, leadership, and advocacy for those receiving care reflects the values at the heart of Always with Love.

Jenitza joined Always With Love Home Care Agency in January 2024 and serves as Senior Compliance & Operations Specialist. She oversees caregiver compliance, EVV coordination, onboarding, and quality assurance to help ensure safe and reliable care. With strong organizational skills and a compassionate approach, Jenitza supports caregivers and staff while maintaining agency standards and regulatory requirements.

Evelyn joined Always with Love Home Care Agency in January 2025 and has quickly become a valued member of our team. As an EVV Coordinator, she supports caregiver onboarding, EVV compliance, and case management needs to help ensure quality care and accurate service delivery for our participants.

With over 20 years of customer service experience, Evelyn brings strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to providing exceptional support. Her ability to work in fast-paced environments while building positive relationships makes her a trusted resource for both our caregivers and participants.

Bianca has been a valued member of Always With Love Home Care Agency for two years, supporting participants, caregivers, and daily operations. She assists with participant eligibility, incident reporting, complaint resolution, and client support. With a strong customer service background, Bianca is committed to addressing concerns promptly, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring participants and caregivers feel supported and valued.

Luke has been a valued member of Always with Love Home Care Agency for over two years and serves as an important part of our administrative team. In his role, he supports daily operations while building strong relationships with both participants and caregivers.

Gina Mazzccua-Peace is an experienced healthcare and human services professional who serves as a Lead EVV Coordinator with Always With Love Homecare Agency. She holds an Associate Degree in Communications and is a Certified Medical Assistant. Gina works closely with clients and caregivers to support accurate timekeeping, compliance, communication, and quality care. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and providing compassionate support to the individuals and families she serves.

Tanya is an experienced Homecare Intake Coordinator with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services in Health Management and 22 years of healthcare and customer service experience. She coordinates client intake and onboarding, identifies care needs, and connects clients and families with appropriate services. With strong communication and organizational skills, Tanya is committed to providing compassionate, professional support and a smooth transition into homecare.

Julia Rodriguez is an Onboarding Specialist dedicated to creating a professional and welcoming experience for caregivers. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, bringing strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to her role. Julia supports caregiver recruitment, compliance, training, and onboarding while helping ensure each team member is prepared to provide compassionate, high-quality care.

Damaris Montalvo is a dedicated EVV Coordinator at Always With Love Home Care. She works closely with participants and caregivers to address concerns, provide guidance, and ensure their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. As a SHRM Certified Professional, she works closely with leadership and employees to support recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workplace culture.
